construction company serving commercial and industrial customers across
North America. We also provide other development services through our
in-house resources and in concert with Marathon Team consultants.

incorporated in 1987, and we have been in continuous, successful
operation since then.
We are licensed as a
contractor in every state in the US that requires individual licensing,
and throughout Canada.
Our projects have ranged from
small tenant improvements to 100,000+ square foot multi-story commercial
buildings.
Marathon Builders has in-house resources for the design of moment frame
steel buildings, and through our partnerships we can provide
architectural and engineering services throughout the US and Canada.
For qualified clients, we can
provide interim construction financing and full development services,
including site investigation, zoning and permitting, and turn key design
and construction
